EVENT

At the National Mall in Washington, D.C. we would break two world records: world’s largest quilt and world’s largest picnic. To do this, we would need a 26,000 square meter quilt and 26,000 people to attend the picnic. To get this massive quilt made, we would call on our frequent Creator Studio attendees to submit 1 square meter quilts to their local stores using materials we provide - if they don’t know how to make a quilt, we’ll teach them. JoAnn’s has 850 stores across the country, so each store would need to receive an average of 31 quilts. In one of our warehouses, we would sew the submitted quilts together, then bring the completed 26,000 square meter quilt to the National Mall for the picnic. To draw people to the picnic, and to see the quilt, we would have free food and performances by popular musicians.
